Nine foot ceilings for main level living, one- or two-car garages with private access to each home and other standard features in these Townhomes are typical upgrades in other developments. Many other upgrades are also available.

Twenty-six of the 39 homes are ramblers (ground level living), and 13 are single level homes over the garages (carriage style). Each home will have a one- or two-car garage. Although the Sienna Heights Townhomes are approved as condominiums, no homeowner lives above or below another owner with this unique design. And direct access to each home from its own garage makes life that much easier.
